Q: How do parents get immersed in the NFL-style experience?
A: We don’t want you just sitting in a lawn chair. ProStyle is built on parent immersion with specific roles that bring the “Sunday Night” vibe to every game. Parents can step into the front office as a Team GM to manage the draft and trades, or join the “sideline crew” as a Coach, Reporter conducting post-game interviews, or Camera Operator capturing highlights for our live streams. Whether you’re calling plays or calling the action, there’s a spot for you in the rotation.
Q: What happens during the Pre-Season Combine?
A: The combine is where our coaches and GMs evaluate every athlete’s speed, agility, ability. This data ensures that our Player Draft is fair and that teams are competitively balanced for the season. Note: Only QB’s are drafted, the other are place silently to prevent the last player chosen dilema
Q: Is this a contact or non-contact league?
A: We utilize a “Pro-Style” contact transition. While there is no tackling, we do allow limited hand contact for pass blocking at the line of scrimmage. This adds to the realism and reinforces sound fundamentals for higher levels of Football while maintaining the safety of a flag league. We follow official NFL Flag safety guidelines for all age divisions.
Q: What age groups are eligible to play?
A: For our Fall 2026 season, we are focusing on 4th and 5th Grade boys and girls. We have found that this age range is the “sweet spot” for transitioning into our Pro-Style rules, including specialized line play and advanced wristband playbooks. We will be adding high grade level next season
Q: Do you offer programs for Middle School or younger children?
A: We are currently accepting waitlist applications for Middle School divisions (6th-8th Grade) for our winter and spring sessions. We do not currently offer “toddler” or “intro” leagues, as our ProStyle Experience is designed for athletes ready for a more competitive, high-production environment.
Q: Are practices and games held on the same day?
A: Yes. To respect your family’s weekend, we utilize a “One-Trip” model. Teams will have a 45-60 minute practice immediately followed by their scheduled league game. This ensures athletes get their reps and coaching while keeping the total time commitment to a single day
